Rule 7.3 - offensive players moving just before signalling readiness

Rule 7.3 currently says "after signalling readiness, all offensive players must stand with one foot on their defending goal line without changing location relative to one another until the pull is released".

My concern is that sometimes, a team will establish their 7 players on the line, discuss the plan for the point, and then, just before raising an arm to signal readiness, they remember that they want to change location relative to one another. So they move around a little, and then they signal. This is within the rules, but I find it annoying and I wish teams didn't do it. I haven't come across any teams doing this intentionally to make it harder for the defense to find match-ups, but I believe that would be within the rules too.

Is this an issue?

I don't have a well formed suggestion for how to address this. Perhaps an annotation that says the offense should try to avoid moving relative to one another once their positions on the line are well established. Or maybe describe it as bad spirit to intentionally try to confuse match-ups in this way.

In timed games, the defence still has 15 seconds once the O is correctly positioned and have raised their hand - so I don't think it's an issue.
