Hi. I am working on a four tiered marbled wedding cake with white chocolate mousse filling and I would like to layer frost and freeze the tiers ahead of time. Is it possible to freeze white chocolate mousse and have it still maintain it's structure and taste? I am only planning to freeze the cake tiers for 5 days.

ThanksFor a uncontested defensive indirect foul, does the stall count reset to 1 ? Or just restarts ( at maximum 6? )?

Scenario: Player M is guarding Player N. N tries to go upline to receive the disc at high stall count ( say Stalling 8 ) but was tripped by M. Both players agrees is an uncontested indirect foul. But what happens to both the players' position and to the stall count ?

I can't help you with your question about the cake sadly, but it does sound delicious.

As for your rule question, the answer to the first part is here:

9.5.1. After an uncontested breach by the defence the stall count restarts at "Stalling one (1)".

And players return to where they were when the call was made (as per 10.2.1)
